In addition to our craftsmanship guarantee, we also honor and stand behind any applicable manufacturer's warranty for the products we install, including pavers, outdoor kitchens, pool patios, and other materials.
Warranty Coverage:
In the event of a product failure within the scope of this warranty, Paveressence LLC will repair or replace the affected item.
A site inspection and assessment by the owner of Paveressence LLC or an authorized representative will be required to determine the cause of failure.
At the sole discretion of Paveressence LLC, the product will either be repaired or replaced to restore the integrity of your outdoor space.
This warranty applies to workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, accidents, or misuse. We are committed to ensuring that your investment is protected and that your outdoor living space continues to meet your expectations for years to come.
